CBP Bond Query

Participants have the capability to query ACE for importer/consignee name, address, and Continuous bond information. Results of this query are created from the Importer/Consignee File and the Importer Bond File.

The owner of the importer number is responsible for verifying the accuracy of the data contained in these files. In instances where the CBP data is inaccurate, the owner of the importer number must take the necessary actions to reconcile and resolve the differences
